Investigation And Research On Rural Domestic Waste Treatment Under The Background Of Beautiful Countryside Construction—Take Feixiang District In Handan City As An Example

Clean waters and green mountains are invaluable treasure.A good ecological environment is an important guarantee for rural livability and a resource support for rural development.In recent years,with the rapid development of rural economy and the improvement of villagers' living standards,the amount of rural household garbage continues to increase,and the environmental pollution problem is increasingly serious.Therefore,it is not only the basic project of the construction of beautiful countryside and ecological civilization,but also the important content of the implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation,which is of great significance in theoretical value and practical application.This paper takes the local Feixiang District countryside of Handan City as the research object,from the perspective of the construction of beautiful countryside,selects the academic theories such as public goods,rural governance,non central governance and informal system as the research basis,and defines the related concepts of domestic waste and rural domestic waste treatment under the premise of a large number of literature accumulation.Through the methods of questionnaire and field interview,this paper investigates the environmental awareness of farmers,the way of waste disposal,the supply of waste supporting facilities,and the environmental protection publicity work of the government.It is found that although the treatment of rural domestic waste in Feixiang district has received the attention of the government,the treatment policy has been gradually implemented and achieved obvious results.It has carried out beneficial practice exploration in strengthening the construction of waste treatment supporting facilities,establishing waste treatment management system and creating waste treatment publicity and education atmosphere.However,due to the short time of local domestic waste treatment and the weak environmental protection awareness of villagers,there are some problems in the treatment of rural domestic waste,which are faced with many practical difficulties,such as: the environmental protection awareness is generally weak,the ecological concept needs to be improved;the harmless technology is backward,the ecological treatment is low;the governance structure is unreasonable,the management system is not comprehensive;the Governance Resources The source of gold is single,the budget of environmental protection is tight,thepromotion of garbage classification is difficult,and the residents' cognition level is low.Therefore,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions: to improve the system of policies and regulations,to promote the orderly development of governance;to strengthen the management responsibility,to implement the environmental protection supervision;to strengthen the rural ecological publicity and education,to enhance the environmental protection awareness of farmers;to change the traditional governance mode,to construct the regional system of environmental protection;to broaden the sources of governance funds,to establish a multi environmental protection investment mechanism;to establish a long-term mechanism of waste classification We will improve the comprehensive network of coordinated governance.To sum up,through systematic research,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on environmental governance,in order to improve the status of rural garbage disposal in Feixiang,so as to promote the ecological construction of beautiful villages and realize the sustainable development strategy of villages.
