Due to the large-scale of dense medium hydrocyclone,the lower limit of separation becomes larger,which makes the materials with the size range of 3.0-0.5 mm unable to be well separated.At the same time,due to various factors,the proportion of + 0.25 mm coarse particles mixed into the flotation feed and-0.045 mm fine coal slime in the raw coal keeps increasing,resulting in problems such as flotation "coarse running",flotation process deterioration,heavy medium back ash and so on.The above problems exist in Anhui Jinhuangzhuang coal preparation plant(JCPP).In order to improve the quality and recovery of clean coal,the problem of heavy medium "back ash" should be reduced as much as possible.It is urgent to adopt effective methods to strengthen the separation of coarse slime and flotation of fine slime,so as to increase the economic benefits of coal preparation plant and promote the maximum utilization of coal resources.In this paper,through the single machine inspection of the gangue hydrocyclone and the classification hydrocyclone,the reasons for the poor separation effect of the coarse slime system were analyzed.Through the analysis of the property and floatability of the flotation feed,the main and secondary flotation technology of the slime is studied.The following conclusions are drawn:The meteorite cyclone has an underflow phenomenon,and the graded cyclone overflows heavily.This part of the coarse particles can not be effectively sorted into the flotation system,and the flotation feed concentration is high,and a large amount of clean coal is lost.The TBS sorting effect of the coarse coal slurry laboratory is better than the on-site re-election sorting effect.For example,with the appropriate coarse and fine coal slime dewatering and dewatering operation,coarse fine coal slime with ash content below 10% can be obtained.After the transformation of the coarse coal slurry system and flotation system,the newly recovered coarse clean coal is 2.32%,the yield of flotation concentrate is 49.98%,the ash is 13.00%,the combustible recovery is 35.69%,and the annual direct increase is 80.8723 million yuan.There are 34 figures,21 tables and 81 references in this paper.
