Policy Analysis Of Sustainable Land Use In Xing'an League Based On Emergy-Ecological Footprint

Sustainable land use is an important part of sustainable development.How to promote the coordinated development of population,resources,society,economy and ecological environment,and realize the sustainable development and utilization of land resources has become a hot issue of common concern for many scholars at home and abroad.This paper takes Xing'an League as the research object,on the basis of fully discussing the basic theory and research status of land sustainable use and its evaluation,using emergy ecological footprint model and grey prediction model system to analyze the land use situation of Xing'an League.The results show that Xing'an League is in an ecological deficit state from 2007 to 2016.According to the prediction of grey model,Xing'an League is still in an ecological deficit state from2019 to 2023.Combined with the theory of public policy evaluation,this paper analyzes the implementation effect,policy content and policy tools of the land sustainable use policy of Xing'an League,and concludes that the benefit of the land sustainable use policy of Xing'an League is not high,and the land use structure of Xing'an League needs to be optimized.For the existing problems of policy,the paper stands in the position of Xing'an League government,and puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of promoting policy localization,optimizing policy resource allocation and adjusting land structure,so as to provide references for policy makers to straighten out the logical causal relationship of policy,improve the efficiency of land resource utilization and improve the effect of policy implementation,and promote the ecological effect of policy from the perspective of ecological economics Promote the benefits and economic benefits,and promote the policy of sustainable land use to achieve better results.
