Although the rice cooker industry has been developed for many years,such problems as low electromagnetic heating efficiency,long cooking time,single product function,overflow pot phenomenon,cleaning difficulties and health hazards caused by coating shedding still limit the popularization and application of traditional rice cookers.In this paper,the characteristics and advantages of microwave omni-directional and efficient heating are utilized to develop an all-around microwave rice cooker,which can realize various functions such as rice cooker,porridge cooker,soup cooker,steaming,boiling,stews,etc.,so as to develop new types of microwave products and promote industrial progress.Relying on the research foundation of MD company in the field of microwave heating and kitchen appliances for many years,microwave heating technology has been applied to the field of rice cooking,and make full use of microwave penetration to achieve omni-directional heating rice cooking,significantly improving cooking efficiency.At the same time,we have developed the rice cooker inner liner made of various materials such as maifanshi,ceramics,wood and bamboo,which not only solved the problem of coating peeling commonly existing in the rice cooker industry,but also cooked the natural and healthy original ecological natural rice.In addition,the rice cooker can meet the needs of cooking,cooking soup,porridge and other uses.It skillfully integrates the functions of microwave oven,rice cooker,electric cooker and other products into a whole,so as to release the kitchen space of users,avoid the waste of resources,and meet the requirements of national policies on energy conservation and emission reduction.According to the new design requirements of rice cooker,an electronic control hardware scheme using frequency conversion drive magnetron has been designed.The electronic control system consists of main control module,display module,key module,load circuit,sensor detection module,power supply and other components.After the design of the overall scheme,the design of the specific electronic control hardware framework is carried out,and the circuit schematic diagram of each module is output.At the same time,UI interaction and operation logic are optimized and designed based on user pain points and application scenarios,considering the use of actual product functions,so as to ensure that the product can bring excellent experience to users in terms of performance and use.The software design part mainly realizes the control algorithm of microwave cooking through the single chip microcomputer and the detection function part.According to the product characteristics and software development requirements,the software is finally layered into driver layer,function layer and application layer.According to the functional requirements of specific products,the corresponding software task list and task scheduling principle are designed,and finally the software function is compiled with C language.Based on the design of the software,the function of the microwave cooking rice is realized.And the rice quantity used when the rice is cooked can be correctly identified,then proper fire and time can be provided according to the rice quantity.The cooked rice is more fragrant and beautiful.And the software completely meets the basic functions of the microwave oven and the electric rice cooker,and the excellent control experience of the product is realized.
