With the improvement of people's living standards,Rice-cookers are also increasingly entering people's daily lives.After 2010,the induction heating technology is gradually applied to rice-cookers,making rice-cooker cooking faster and energy-efficient.With the maturity and popularity of this technology application,single-stage induction heating rice-cookers cannot meet the market demand,due to insufficient heating and uneven taste of rice.It is necessary to design a Multichannel induction heating circuit system,which surrounds the three-dimensional heating to solve these problems.This paper takes this as a topic,and the main research contents are as follows:It designed the overall structure of the rice-cooker of heating coil discs on the bottom and side of the inner pot of the rice-cooker,which realizes the three-dimensional heating.Based on the induction heating technology,this paper designs a step-by-step heating method for heating a two-stage coil disk by a single-pole double-throw relay.Its principle is to connect a set of induction heating coils at the two connection ends of the relay to turn off and turn on,which realizes two-step induction heating coil working.This paper designs a resonant circuit that matches the relay to control the induction coil switching.The scheme realizes single IGBT driving double induction heating,the circuit structure is simple,the cost is low,the reliability is high,and the civil use prospect is very broad.This paper designs a switching power supply circuit based on ST's Viper26 L AC-DC chip,which can realize 18 V,5V two-output power supply scheme at the same time.The DC voltage output is stable,and the instantaneous load capacity is strong.In this paper,the Multichannel induction heating circuit system control program is designed according to the design method of modular program.It proposes a two-way heating pot detection algorithm,which can reduce the risk of false alarms without pans and improve the monitoring ability of the circuit working state.Finally,this paper has carried out a comprehensive test verification of the circuit system.The white box test is carried out on the working state of each module circuit,and the prototype is tested for safety and electromagnetic compatibility test.The experimental data and results prove that the circuit system has stable performance and high reliability.
