At present,the rice cooker inner tank non-stick spray in domestic adopts fixedpoint and semi-automatic spraying and manual operation combination of workers,which needs workers to manually adjust the spraying process parameters in advance before spraying,and for large size of the tank can only manual spraying,high degree of dependence on artificial.Since there was no relevant operating instruction,the adjustment of the spraying process parameters depended entirely on the working experience of the spraying workers,exacerbating the problems of low quality,low rate of rework and low work efficiency.Moreover,the working environment of spraying production was bad,and working in this environment would seriously affect the health of workers.With the disappearance of the demographic dividend and the changes in the manufacturing environment of manufacturing upgrading,it was urgent to improve the production line of non-stick coating of electric rice cooker.Under this background,this study intended to develop spraying electromechanical devices with low cost and high flexibility,high degree of automation,aimed at resolving the problem of current electric rice cooker liner spraying production exiting manual adjustment of technological parameters,semi automatic fixed-point spray,the qualified rate of products was not high,which was of great significance to enhance the manufacturing technology level,promote the upgrading of electric rice cooker manufacturing to cope with changes in manufacturing environment.The main contents of this research included the following aspects:(1)In order to determine the value of different spraying factors impact the nonstick spray coating of the tank,taking the qualified rice cooker spraying quality as the goal,using existing production line equipment,it was carried out experimental study on liner non-stick spray process optimization.This study selected good combinations of spraying process parameters,such as air pressure of 0.46 Mpa,flow rate of 1.5 laps,rotational speed at 1.7 RPS,25 cm distance,angle of 45° and pressure of 0.46 Mpa,flow rate of 2 laps,rotational speed at 1.8 RPS,20 cm distance,angle of 60°.(2)Based on the process parameters from non-stick coating process optimization experiments,according to the actual production needs,the improvement project of non-stick coating process of the tank was put forward,and researched some key technical problems,such as the rhythm of the scheme,the motor path of the end effector,interference,and etc.The study identified a technical improvement plan using a spray manipulator.(3)Design the structure of spraying manipulator.Some key mechanisms,such as linear movement mechanism and angle swinging mechanism and so on,were designed,and the selection of main components like motor was completed.(4)Design the control system of the spraying manipulator.It was completed the electrical components selection for the control system,distributed I/O interface for controller,and completed the design of electrical wiring principle diagram of control system.At the same time,according to the requirements of working,the control program was writed,HMI man-machine interface is designed.(5)Made the prototype of spraying manipulator,and tested the operation performance of spraying manipulator.The test results show that the prototype can complete the spraying task at a preset speed according to the predetermined path,indicating that the performance of the prototype can meet the design requirements.This study used orthogonal experiment method to obtain the optimum process parameters combination of rice cookers spraying,and provided a basis for the spraying process parameters adjustment,providing the guidance for the improvement of rice cookers non-stick spray process.The manipulator equipment with three degrees of freedom control of X and Y-axis linear motion and Z axis rotational motion is developed,which can be sprayed with various specifications and simple control,greatly reducing the cost of enterprises.The application of the research results of this paper can be used as reference significance and reference value for the reform of automatic spraying largely small and medium-sized electrical appliances and household electrical appliance manufacturers enterprises.
