Evaluating Safety Performance Of HR Expressway On The Changzhou Section And Crash Prevention Strategy

HR expressway is one of the main roads of "7918 nets",which plays a very important role in the economic development of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Hubei and other southern provinces.Once the traffic accident,resulting in HR highway congestion,not only will lead to the loss of personnel and property,but also will adversely affect the economic development of the provinces along the way.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the traffic safety situation of HR Expressway and prevent the traffic accidents on HR expressway.First of all,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the traffic safety accidents in Changzhou section opened since 2014 from four perspectives of time,space,accident causes and death personnel.So as to understand the time period,location and main accident causes of the traffic accidents in Changzhou section of HR expressway.Secondly,the accident incidence rate under adverse weather and traffic flow during holidays was calculated.The single factor variance analysis method(ANOVA)was carried out using the general linear model(GLM)process to analyze the influence of adverse weather and traffic flow factors during holidays on HR highway Changzhou sectionThirdly,in order to analyze whether it can be used as the prediction index of traffic accident characteristics in the Changzhou section of HR expressway in adverse weather,this paper takes the Shanghai-Hangzhou expressway as an example,adopts the general linear model process to perform the single-factor variance analysis method,and analyzes the influence of adverse weather on the accident characteristics by combining with the Scheffe afterwards multiple comparison method.Finally,the speed limit strategy based on safe distance is adopted to analyze the scientific speed limit in fog,rain and snow weather.In order to reduce the number and impact of traffic safety accidents in Changzhou section of HR expressway,it is necessary to control the traffic flow during holidays,strengthen the construction and maintenance of the expressway and its ancillary facilities,and strengthen the control of the expressway.
