Traffic Accident Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Harbin Bureau Group Corporation

Railway traffic safety is closely related to social stability.And railroad safety is the main foundation that assures traffic carry to move normally.At present,with the continuous improvement of China's economic level and the marketization of railway operation management,we have put forward higher safety requirements for railway operation.If a railway traffic accident occurs,it will not only affect the normal operation of the railway,but also adversely affect its economic benefits.Therefore,we must ensure the safe operation of railway passenger cars.This paper collected the traffic accidents happened in Harbin bureau group company from 2010 to 2015,and systematically analyzed the causes of the accidents according to the nature of railway traffic accidents.In this process,the relevant theories of man-machine-environment-management engineering are mainly used for reference,and the fishbone diagram and other models are applied for analysis.At the same time,the macro analysis and micro analysis methods are applied,so as to comprehensively and systematically analyze the inertial accidents such as train collision,rash and wrong transfer.In addition,from the perspectives of human factors,management factors,environmental factors and physical factors,the causes of accidents are analyzed in depth,and scientific countermeasures are formulated to prevent similar traffic accidents.The structure of the paper is shown as follows:First,a detailed statistical analysis was conducted on the driving condition of Harbin bureau group company from 2010 to 2015.Secondly,through the relevant theories of system engineering,the causes of accidents are analyzed in depth,and the cross-statistical analysis method is used to compare and analyze the factors affecting traffic safety.Thirdly,systematic analysis and research on the causes of traffic accidents in six aspects,such as train jumping,vehicle parts falling off,and construction impact,etc.,form fishbone diagram and carry out purposeful analysis.Fourth,based on the analysis of the causes of railway accidents,the corresponding countermeasures are formulated to improve the safety factor of Harbin group.
