Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Traffic Accident In Railway Engineering

In recent years,the accidents of railway trains in railway laying engineering projects,namely railway engineering line running accidents,have been reported repeatedly,among which there are many accidents with great social influence and strong response to human casualties.Relevant departments promulgated a system of rules and regulations and management methods,but with little effect,in order to change the current situation of frequent traffic accidents on engineering lines,the system research was carried out.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the study are explained,and the tendency theory,causal linkage theory,track crossing theory and system safety theory of the accident cause-induced theory are summarized,so as to make theoretical preparation for exploring the mechanism of traffic accidents on engineering lines.Secondly,in order to have a direct understanding of the railway traffic accidents,the general situation of railway engineering lines and the current situation of railway traffic organization are described,and the similarities and differences between railway traffic and business line traffic are compared.Taking the traffic accident occurred in a track laying unit and the engineering line traffic accident announced by the official from 2010 to 2019 as the research data,this paper discusses the type of accident,occurrence time and the person responsible for the accident,and makes a detailed analysis of the influencing factors of the engineering line traffic safety from the aspects of human,machine,environment and pipe.Based on the theory of cause of accident,the accident tree analysis method is used to analyze the derailment,turnout and personal injury accidents of railway traffic.According to the analysis results,the importance of the direct causes of the accidents is ranked.Based on the theory of the accident cause analysis of representative of the people by accident,based on the theory of trajectory cross line of subway project traffic accident is analyzed,based on the modern causal chain theory of railway engineering line traffic accidents were analyzed,and the excavated the deep reasons behind the indirect accident reason and root cause,on this basis,from the engineering line traffic management unit,offline construction units and construction units three Angle put forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally,through the application in the process of railway engineering line running management,to verify the effect of countermeasures,and accumulate experience from practice,continuous improvement,in order to achieve the project line running and construction safety goals.
