With the rapid development of industry,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)pollution has attracted worldwide attention,making each country and place formulate corresponding environmental protection standards to reduce or eliminate VOCs pollution according to their own conditions.It is the most direct way to improve VOCs by installing VOCs treatment equipment at gas outlet.Therefore,the design and application of electrical control system for VOCs treatment equipment is of great value.The actual project on the spot as the object of study in this paper,expatiates on the working principle and process parameters of concentratecatalytic combustion.Through the composition of electric control system,basic control of AC frequency converter,design and implementation of PLC control system,optimization of control system under the field operation environment and control design man-machine interface of system equipment.realize VOCs control electrical control system.The main works in this paper are as follows:1.According to the operational principle of concentrate catalytic combustion,combined with the process flow of the system,the parameters of each node are established.2.According to the electrical components of the system which meets the technological requirements,the structure of the electrical control system is stratified,the hardware selection is completed,and the hardware system is combined to realize the hardware part of the control system.3.The basic control mode of AC frequency converter is discussed in the control system,According to the requirements of the frequency converter motor that the control design of the control system for the frequency converter is completed.4.On the basis of hardware system composition and basic control of frequency converter,the hardware configuration and software programming of PLC are studied,and the electric control system of concentrate catalytic combustion is designed.On the basis of PLC design,the electrical control system commissioning and optimized to achieve the goal of energy saving while achieving the requirements of governance.5.Through MITSUBISHI touch screen software,the system’s man-machine interface control system is realized.The man-machine interface fully realizes the real-time running state of the system.Combined with the above basic work,the control system under the control of electrical system conforms to the practical application in the field,and finally achieves the VOCs improve result.
