Based On ADAMS Shearer Cutting Unit Dynamic Analysis And Simulation

This paper focuses on the theory of domestic and foreign research status of coaland rock cutting inquiry,analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of coaland rock,cutting coal and rock cutting theory,and affect the efficiency of the cuttingefficiency factor,the establishment of coal and rock cutting force mechanical model ofbody motion model and static model.Investigated the effects of cutting unitefficiency,load, stability, safety, energy unit specific chunks of key factors,such as thecutter portion for cutting the mounting angle,the pick up angle,cutting speed,drawingspeed,and the effect of analysis of physical and chemical properties of cutting teeth.Use solidworks shearer cutting unit established model for virtual assembly in thesoftware,check its interference or not,and the parameters of differentstructures,establish the appropriate model.Describes the functional significance of thisissue digital prototype,and the model has been established.On the shearer cutting unitstatics,kinematics,dynamics analysis,torque,displacement,velocity,acceleration andmechanical curves.Cutting unit affecting the efficiency of cutting parameters were analyzed toestablish the Ministry of critical parameters shearer cutting objectivefunction,constraints analysis of key parameters affecting the efficiency of coalmining,the use of simulated annealing and improved methods to solve theoptimal,results optimal installation angle and helix angle.And the use of the optimalsolution,cutting unit to establish the appropriate model,and then dynamics simulation,mechanical simulation curve diagram,analyze the feasibility of the key parametersoptimization.When cutting unit of coal and rock cutting, cutter as perishable parts,throughits static analysis,based on the equivalent stress and equivalent displacement cloudcloud,that the mechanism of its most dangerous situation in the destruction,andsuggest improvements program,and when the cutter kinetic analysis by peak force forauthentication,to see if the appropriate parameters to improve the mechanicalproperties meet.
