Using advanced hydraulic support instead of traditional advanced support is of great significance to achieve the modernization of high yield and high efficiency mines in China.This paper is based on the intelligent mining safety technology and equipment research and development project “Working face intelligent advanced support equipment and auxiliary operation platform(2017YFC0804305)”,with using large-scale geotechnical engineering FLAC3 D,professional 3d modeling Pro/E,finite element analysis ANSYS Workbench,and takes the Xinyuan coal mine 3405 working face of Yangmei group as the specific research object.This paper launches the study on the topic that the supporting characteristics and static analysis of the advanced hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face are analyzed from the aspects of 3d modeling of the advanced hydraulic support,finite element static analysis and so on.The study results show that under different working conditions,the reasonable support strength of the advanced hydraulic support can provide a certain resistance to the surrounding rock,control the stability of the surrounding rock effectively,and the non-equal strong support can better adapt to the stress distribution and deformation law of the surrounding rock.Under the most dangerous working condition of working face,the structure design of advanced hydraulic support is reasonable,which can meet the design requirements of rigidity and strength of advanced support.The paper shows that under different working conditions,the advanced hydraulic support improved forepole support characteristics research effect,improve the adaptability of advanced hydraulic support group supporting system,the advanced hydraulic support 3 d modeling and finite element static analysis for the structure improvement and optimization of the hydraulic support,improve the quality and performance of hydraulic support.The study results of this paper provide a theoretical reference for the support design and parameter selection of 3405 working face advanced hydraulic support,providing a guarantee for the safety and efficient production of the mine,and laying a foundation for the automation and intelligent production.This paper has 63 figures,10 tables and 78 references.
