With the constant progress of science and technology,support equipment are also constantly upgrading.Two pillar caving hydraulic support relative four pillar caving support has many advantages,has a more broad prospects for development.But the current domestic research on two pillar caving hydraulic support is not enough in-depth,especially for analysis,and the strength of the key structure and processing technology research also is less,so the urgent need to strengthen the research analysis.Taking ZFY12000/25/42 type d hydraulic support as the research object,entity modeling,lay a foundation for subsequent structure strength analysis.Mechanical analysis software on scaffolds,calculated the stress of the main structure distribution curve,and the intensity of cross section analysis was carried out on the critical loading position,preliminarily determine the section size of main structural and safety coefficient.Then the finite element analysis was carried out on the hydraulic support,determine the position of the hydraulic support high stress value.According to the result of strength analysis and the practical experience of support structure and processing technology to improve the key,this paper analyzes the principle and advantages of the improved.Through the study of the cyclic loading test of stents,further verify the strength of the support design is reasonable,and verify the strength analysis of whether there are omissions,to make up for the strength of the bracket is perfect,fundamentally improve the reliability of hydraulic support and security.
