With the rapid development of China's social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction and development of land resources with low hills and gentle slopes is an important way to solve the contradictions between cultivated land protection,ecological conservation and urbanization in the process of urbanization in southwestern mountainous provinces.However,the ecological problems of the construction and development of low hills and gentle slopes have always been an important scientific issue of concern to national ministries and academics.The construction and development of low hills and gentle slopes will inevitably change the integrity,relevance and balance of the original ecosystem.Changes in the value of ecological services before and after the construction of low hills and gentle slopes.To explore whether the construction and development of low hills and gentle slopes will lead to changes in the functional status of their ecosystems,provide a reference for the scientific and rational development of low hills and gentle slopes.This paper screens out 10 typical project areas under development and construction through field surveys before and after the development of the project area,combined with the topography and topography of the project area,actual development methods,functional positioning and other factors.Through the screening and comparison of the existing ecological service function value calculation methods,according to the actual characteristics of the low hilly slope mountain development project area,the ecological service function value calculation model suitable for the scope of the project area is selected,and combined with the project area planning implementation text and actual The development status makes corresponding changes to the terrain after the project area is developed,and then calculates the value of the main ecological service functions before and after the project area development,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The low hills and gentle slopes have three-dimensional mountain and slope natural geographical features,and is different from the plain area.Therefore,the development and construction of it will cause the original terrain to change,mainly the change of the slope factor.The project area After completion,it will also produce pollution such as waste water and waste gas during operation.Therefore,the main ecological service functions of the low hill and gentle slope mountain development project area are water conservation,soil erosion,carbon fixation and oxygen release,and air purification.In the calculation of the ecological service function value of the low-hill gentle slope mountain development project area,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the actual situation of the development of the project area.The InVEST model and RUSLE model are used to measure the ecological service function value before and after the development of the project area,which can comprehensively consider the terrain and vegetation before and after the development of the project area.Changes in factors such as rainfall and precipitation make the calculation results more accurate.(2)Through the calculation of the ecological service function value before and after the development of selected typical project areas,it was found that the ecological service value of the project area before and after development was significantly reduced,mainly due to the sudden reduction in the area of ecological land.Different functional positioning of the project area will combine different development methods,so the ecological service value changes before and after development in different project areas are not the same.The ecological service value of the project area with the functional positioning of industry and processing industry decreases after development.The ecological service value of the project area that is large and whose function is positioned as tourism is small.Analysis of the functional capacity of each ecological service function unit area before and after the development of the project area can find that the water conservation and soil and water conservation functions have improved significantly before and after the development of most project areas,and the carbon sequestration and oxygen release service functions have improved before and after the development.(3)The influencing factors of the ecological service function changes before and after the development of the project area are mainly the combined effects of changes in the slope length of the project area after the development,the construction of protective projects in the development and construction,ecological protection measures,and the increase of natural factors.the result of.Therefore,from the perspective of policy measures and construction of ecological infrastructure,countermeasures and suggestions for improving the ecological service value and service function of the low-hill gentle slope project area in Yunnan Province were proposed to maximize the value of the ecological service function in the project area and reduce the ecological gains and losses before and after development.Coordinated development of ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.
