Polymer blends,in which the respective merits of each component are fully exerted and thereby achieving mutual complementarity,is developing to a kind of new-style composite material with excellent performances and wide application.Most polymers are incompatible with each other,however,causing the fact that blends are difficult to achieve desired performance.The most common way to enhance the phase adhesion of material is adding the compatibilizer to the blend system.Hence,the synthesis and tepreparation of compatibilizer are quite essential for now.But unfortunately,a number of problems are out in the existing compatibilizer such as the large amount of addition,single structure and poor adaptability.Therefore,designing a new type of compatibilizer with a wide range of applications has become the focus of current research.Firstly,a polar macromolecule?HDE?can be obtained through the reaction of HDA and ECH.The compound compatibilizer PP-HDE-g-GO was prepared by grafting HDE with polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride?MAPP?and nanoparticle glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride grafted graphene oxide?GO-GTA?.FTIR,XRD and TGA indicated that PP-HDE grafted successfully to GO and the grafting ratio was 52.4%.Using the melt blending method,the compatibilizer PP-HDE-g-GO was applied to the blend system,and PA6/PP/PP-HDE-g-GO blends were successfully prepared.Adding PP-HDE-g-GO to the PA6/PP blend system greatly improves the compatibilization of the blend system.The effects of different molecular weights of HDE on the properties of PA6/PP/PP-HDE-g-GO were investigated under the different reaction molar ratios of HDA and ECH.The results of SEM and DMA showed the fact that the compatibilization effect of the composite material is significantly increased.The TGA,mechanical properties test and XRD results show that the thermal stability,mechanical strength of the composites are also improved and the change in the molecular weight of the polar part affects the size of the?crystal form in the PA6.When the molecular weight of the polar part of HDE is 563,the composite material has the best overall performance.The content of GO in the compatibilizer PP-HDE-g-GO was changed,and the effect of GO content on the properties of PA6/PP/PP-HDE-g-GO was investigated.SEM,TGA and mechanical properties test results show that the two phases in the material have improved compatibility,thermal stability and toughness.XRD characterization can be obtained,the change of GO content affects the strength of?1 crystal form in PA6.When PP-HDE:GO=1:0.5,the composite material has better comprehensive properties.The content of PP-HDE-g-GO in PA6/PP was changed.The effects of different compatibilizers on the properties of the blended material PA6/PP/PP-HDE-g-GO were investigated.XRD,TGA,DSC and mechanical properties test results show that the content of compatibilizer influences the strength of?crystal form in PP.The thermal stability and melting temperature of the material are both increased;the toughness and rigidity of the material are also increased to some extent.When the addition amount of PP-HDE-g-GO is 0.2 wt%,the overall performance of the material is optimal.In summary,when the compatilizer PP-HDE-g-GO has a polar part of M?=563,PP-HDE:GO=1:0.5,and an addition amount of 0.2 wt%,the thermal stability and compatibility of the material are comparable.At this time,the tensile,compressive and notched impact strengths of the materials were 75.6 MPa,121.4 MPa,and 8.4 KJ/m2,respectively,which were 77.0%,60.2%,and 95.8%higher than those of PA6/PP/MAPP.
