In modern society,the problem of environment pollution has become increasingly worse,especially the problem of water environmental pollution has attracted more and more attention.Chemical methods using in the detection of water environment pollutants has emerged one after another.This paper main studied on novel nanocompesite modified electrods and their application in the determination of part organic pollutants in water environment.The main work is summarized as follows:?.Preparation of graphene multi-wall carbon nanotubes composite modified electrode?GR-MWNTs/GCE?and determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride:A stable nanocomposite material as GR-MWNTs was prepared by mixing graphene?GR?with multi-walled carbon nanotubes?MWNTs?under ultrasound irradiation,the electrochemical detection of ciprofloxaction?CIP?was studied by differential pulse voltammetry?DPV?and the determination conditions were optimized.The results showed that CIP had a good electrochemical response on GR-MWNTs/GCE,after optimizing the experimental conditions,the nanocomposite material modified electrode showed good sensitivity,stability and reproducibility.The oxidation peak current for CIP increased linearly in the range of 5.0×10-62.0×10-44 mol/L,the linear equation was Ip??A?=0.1095c+11.766 and the correlation coefficient was 0.9980,with the detection limit was 5.0×10-6 mol/L?S/N=3?,Then the electrode was used to detect simulated water samples.?.Preparation of graphene manganese porphyrin composite modified electrode?GR-MnTPP/GCE?and determination of hydroquinone isomer and sulfonamide?SA?:Graphene manganese porphyrin composite materials?GR-MnTPP?was synthesized by means of?-?non-covalent.On the basis of the GCE electrode,the GCE was modified by dropped coating method.The electrochemical detection of three isomers was studied by DPV,and the three kinds of isomers of determination conditions were optimized gradually.The results showed that there were good linear relationships between the peak currents of the three benzenediol isomers and their concentrations in the solution of Acetic acid-sodium Acetate?HAc-NaAc?at pH 5.0,the electrochemical detection linear ranges were 5.0×10-62.0×10-44 mol/L for hydroquinone?HQ?,5.0×10-62.0×10-4 mol/L for 1,2-dihydroxybenzene?CT?and 5.0×10-63.0×10-4 mol/L for resorcin?RS?,the correlation coefficients R were 0.9995,0.9986 and 0.9996 respectively.The results showed that the electrochemical method was sensitive,rapid and accurate for simultaneous determination of three benzenediol isomers.Then the electrode was applied to detect the content of three kinds of benzenediol isomers in simulated water samples.At the same time,the electrochemical behavior of SA on the nano composite materials modified electrode was studied by DPV.The results showed that an irreversible oxidation peak with a peak potential of 0.89 V was found in the phosphate buffer solution?PBS?with pH=7.0.In the range of 5.0×10-62.0×10-44 mol/L,the peak current and SA concentration showed an obvious linear relationship.The linear equation of the electrochemical detection was Ip??A?=0.114c+11.982,the correlation coefficient R was 0.9989,and the relative error of the parallel determination was less than 1.38%?n=7?.The conclusion indicated GR-MnTPP/GCE had a good response in the electrochemical detection of SA,it could be applied to the determination of SA.?.Preparation of multi-walled carbon nanotubes manganese porphyrin composite modified electrode?MWNTs-MnTPP/GCE?and determination of rhodamine B:Similarly,MWNTs-MnTPP/GCE was prepared by?-?non-covalent method.The electrochemical behavior of rhodamine B on MWNTs-MnTPP/GCE was studied,and the possibility of rhodamine B detection on MWNTs-MnTPP/GCE was discussed.The results showed that under the optimal conditions,rhodamine B had a good electrochemical response on the MWNTs-MnTPP/GCE,the detection linear concentration range of rhodamine B was 5.0×10-72.0×10-44 mol/L.The linear equation was Ip??A?=0.6102c+14.078,the correlation coefficient R was 0.9986,and the detection limit was 5.0×10-77 mol/L?S/N=3?.The modified electrode was used to detecting simulated water sample and the result was satisfactory.
