Cationic dye is a kind of water-soluble dye,which has many kinds,uniform color,deep color and high color.In recent years,with the development of new dyestuff and market demand,cationic dyes can also be used to dye modified synthetic fibers.Cationic dye dyeable polyester(CDP)is a new type of modified synthetic fiber.it is the third monomer with polar or anionic groups introduced into the macromolecular structure of polyester.the polar or anionic groups can be used as dye holder on polyester,which binds with cationic dyes and gives polyester cationic dyes dyeable properties.Compared with conventional polyester,it is not only heat-resistant,wear-resistant,high strength,after dyeing with cationic dyes,the color fastness of CDP fiber to wet friction,color fastness to sublimation and anti-pilling performance is higher than that of polyester,and the handle is soft.CDP the cationic dye is dyed on the fabric,the dyeing rate is faster,and the dyeing fabric is prone to the phenomenon of uneven dyeing.by adding suitable surfactant,the dyeing rate can be reduced and the evenness of the fabric can be improved.and cationic dyes synthesis,the yield of the dye matrix is lower and the cost required is higher,so it is difficult to meet the market demand for cheap cationic dyes.Therefore,on the basis of the existing cationic dye structure,it is of great significance to improve the yield of the dye matrix and improve the evenness.The cationic red SD-GRL and cationic blue SD-GRL used 3-amino-5-carboxyl-1,2,3-triazoles and 6-methoxy-2-aminophenylthiazole as diazo fractions and two N-substituted phenylamines as coupling fractions to synthesize two cationic dyes.the cationic red SD-GTL and cationic yellow SD-3RL were used to synthesize two cationic dyes by diazo coupling reaction with 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline and p-aminobenzoyl methyl trimethylammonium chloride as diazo components,respectively.during the synthesis of dyes,the maternal yield directly affects the final yield.the auxiliary AK is a phase transfer catalyst.adding a small amount can accelerate the reaction process and greatly increase the maternal yield,which plays an important role.structure of the synthesized cationic dye was characterized by spectrogram analysis by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).the maximum absorption wavelength and molar extinction coefficient of the dye were studied by uv spectrophotometry.Dyeing properties and color fastness of synthetic cationic dyes with commercial cationic dyes with CDP same structure were studied.A variety of surfactants were selected to be added into the dyeing bath,and the surfactants which were beneficial to dyeing evenness and promotion were selected.As a result,the yield of dye matrix can be increased by about 7% AK adding additives in coupling reaction.When dyeing CDP fabrics with four synthetic cationic dyes,the initial adsorption capacity is higher,the dyeing rate is lower than that of commercial dyes at 100~120℃,which helps to improve the evenness of dyed fabrics and the final dyeing rate can reach the level of commercial dyes.Of the seven different surfactants selected,dispersant MF and flat O were the best to improve dyeing evenness,benzyl triethylammonium chloride was the best in improving dyeing evenness.The combination of the three can obviously improve the dyeing evenness and promotion,and the optimum ratio of dispersant MF、 flat O and benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride is 4:1:0.5.
