With the rise of bike-sharing,more and more people join in the team of low-carbon environmental protection and green travel.elastic Leggings are popular among women because of their characteristics such as tight fitting and beautifying women's body,so they are often worn in daily life.However,due to the design of the body fitting of the leggings and the large change of the body movements in the cycling process,it will generally cause uncomfortable wearing.This subject takes the daily elastic Leggings common in life as an example to study the wearing comfort of them in the cycling state.Five subjects were selected from the group with high frequency of use.Taking the existing elastic Leggings of the enterprise as the experimental sample pants,the objective pressure measurement and subjective comfort evaluation analysis were carried out on the special parts,and then combined with the skin stretching situation in the riding state,the version was optimized.Through the investigation of women's riding in daily elastic leggings,it is found that 92% of women will wear elastic leggings in their daily life,and 61% of women will ride in elastic leggings;the most important factor consumers consider when purchasing elastic leggings is their slim fit and comfort,However,the current stretch leggings on the market still have such problems as inadequate fabric comfort,single style and poor model.In addition,60% of women will feel uncomfortable when riding in elastic leggings.The most uncomfortable parts are the crotch,knee and thigh,while the most pressing part is the knee,and the most stretching part is the thigh.Using the method of drawing lines on the body surface to measure and analyze the stretch deformation of the lower limb skin under different riding conditions,it isconcluded that the hip,thigh,knee and calf are the most variable parts.The specific performance is that the transverse and longitudinal stretch of the hip is large;the transverse stretch in front of the thigh,the longitudinal contraction,the transverse contraction at the back of the thigh,the longitudinal stretch,the transverse and longitudinal stretch of the inner thigh;the longitudinal stretch of the knee is large,the transverse and longitudinal contraction of the knee socket are large;the transverse stretch of the calf is large.By using the air bag pressure tester,the objective pressure value of each measurement point under different riding conditions is measured,and then combined with the subjective comfort and aesthetic evaluation of wearing elastic leggings under riding conditions,it is analyzed that the skin stretch deformation and the fit between clothing and human body have a certain impact on the clothing pressure.When the skin stretch is large,the clothing pressure increases correspondingly,and the influence of the longitudinal skin deformation on the clothing pressure is greater than that of the transverse skin deformation;all the clothing pressure is in the comfortable range under the static state.In the riding state,the pressure values of buttocks,rear thighs and knees exceed the comfortable clothing pressure range,of which the pressure values of knees are the largest and the most obvious fluctuation;the appearance of Leggings is slim,but there are some problems in aesthetics.Through the analysis of the objective pressure value,we can get the parts that need to increase the amount of relaxation;through the correlation between the skin stretching rate and the fabric elastic recovery rate,we can increase the amount of relaxation for the hip,thigh,knee and calf parts.In order to reduce the crease of the crotch and the back of the thigh,the angle of inclination of the back crotch is increased to 12° and the curve bending potential is reduced.Because the longitudinal stretch of the inner thigh,the inner leg and the knee is very large,the inner seam is divided.The outer suture is straightened,so that the inclination of the inner suture is increased,and the newness between the clothing and the human body is reduced.At the same time,straightening the outer seam will reduce the length of the outer seam,thus reducing the stacking of the outer seam allowance.In addition,the dislocation design of the inner seam makes the dislocation of the fabric return due to the function of the human body,which helps to reduce the margin of the inner seam.Market research found that most of the outer seams of the model of professionalriding pants are also vertical,and some of them have been rotated.Therefore,two optimization methods are considered: straightening and rotating the outer seams.According to the optimized sample pants template,combined with the specifications provided by the enterprise,the size table of the optimized sample pants is obtained by backward calculation.Comparing the experimental pants before and after the optimization,the results of subjective and objective measurement show that: the optimization of sample pants 1 is the best,followed by the optimization of sample pants 3,and finally the optimization of sample pants 2.
