In recent years,China has hosted many large-scale sports events,marking that China is changing from a "sports power" to a "sports power".Under the "Internet +" background,trading rules and methods have also changed a lot,and consumer needs and choices have become more diverse.In this study,first,through in-depth literature research and in-depth interviews with experts,the current situation of Wilson tennis supplies in East China was analyzed and researched.At the same time,a series of true and effective data was obtained through a comparative study of the author's experience in opening Wilson brand flagship stores.This article takes the sales model as the research object,and studies the sales model of East China Wilson tennis products under the "Internet +" environment.By analyzing the SWOT results of Wilson brand tennis products,we have understood the current problems facing Wilson.At the same time,based on the PEST analysis of Wilson in East China and the current analysis of the current situation of China's sporting goods sales,it is concluded that economic development is improving,national policy support,tennis is reaching the masses,and Internet technology is becoming more and more popular.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was used to analyze the current consumer behavior of consumers and learned that the current problems of the Wilson brand tennis equipment sales model in East China under the current "Internet +" environment are as follows: First,there are defects in online e-commerce products and services;The online and offline resources are not integrated;the third is the conflict between traditional stores and online stores.Finally,this article puts forward relevant suggestions for the problems found: one is to improve the core competitiveness of the product,the other is to accelerate online and offline integration,and the third is to strengthen the supervision of traditional stores and Internet merchants.It provides reference suggestions for the selection of sales models for tennis sporting goods sellers.
