With the continuous development of China's market economy,all kinds of industries develop fast,and China's energy and petrochemical raw materials are in increasing demand.With the steady improvement of the world economy,in 2004,the international market price of crude oil increase and domestic related petrochemical enterprises in this year have made a breakthrough in profit growth.However,the huge profits also brought a fierce competition in the domestic petrochemical industry.In 2008,the global financial crisis broke out,and China's petrochemical industry was facing unprecedented challenges.Many Petrochemical Industries due to sales mode and management issues have closed down.In recent years,the world economy is recovering slowly,and the petrochemical industry of our country is moving towards a good development.For many of China's petrochemical enterprises,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises cannot leave the marketing strategy,but also cannot do without efficient logistics management.Because good logistics industry and perfect marketing,will bring greater advantage,and can let the enterprise survive in a competitive market environment.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the sales model and logistics management in China's petrochemical enterprises.At present,compared with western countries,China's sales and logistics management theory is relatively late.But at present,many scholars begin to pay close attention to this aspect.In this paper,taking M oil company as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis,and discusses the factors that influence the sales and logistics of the enterprise.Based on the empirical results,this paper analyze the problems of sales mode and logistics management in the further and gives the corresponding comments and suggestions.
