Coal energy is the main source of energy in our country, but coal mining industry has always been one of China’s high-risk industries, that lots of coal mine accidents had been taking place every year. With the continuous development of the times, people have been paying more and more attention to the safety issue of production of coal mine, and how to reduce or prevent the occurrence of coal mine accidents become an increasingly important research topic. This also contributed to the relevant national responsibilities departments to develop a coal mine production safety system and equipments to reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents, one of the typical examples is the invention of mobile mine rescue capsule.Gas explosion is one of the most major incidents in coal mine accidents, so whether rescue capsule can guarantee not to be destroyed when gas explosion occurs is a serious issue. In order to analyze the rescue capsule strength, need to know the distribution of the rescue capsule surface impact load.But for rescue capsule surface impact load distribution are still less, so the research on rescue capsule surface impact load is very necessary. In order to provide detailed data to support designers optimization rescue capsule design, the article will rescue capsule explosive field in the surface distribution of impact load research.
