When the caving coal is used to mine high-gas-prone and spontaneous combustion coal seams,there are a lot of leftover coal in the goaf and serious air leakage.In addition,there is a lot of gas in the goaf,which increases the mine's danger.Therefore,it is necessary to study the ventilation and fire extinguishing technology of mines with high gas and easy spontaneous combustion.This thesis focuses on the 15028 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Shanxi Xinjing Mine,combines various research methods such as laboratory test,field measurement and numerical simulation,and analyzes the risk factors of the 15028 mechanized face.Comprehensive prevention and control technology of coal spontaneous combustion in working face.The main results obtained in this article are as follows:?1?Use the indicator gas test system to perform tests to obtain the change trend of the concentration of the indicator gas in the coal seam with temperature.Analyze the temperature conditions generated by the naturally occurring indicator gas,and analyze indicators such as carbon monoxide and olefin ratio?ethylene/ethane?.To investigate the change law of coal,it is established that the prediction index of coal spontaneous combustion is CO,C2H4,and the auxiliary index is the value of C2H4/C3H8.?2?The combination of beam tube monitoring system and gas chromatograph is used to accurately measure the oxygen concentration in the goaf.According to the change of gas concentration,the change pattern of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf is revealed,and the distribution of"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf is obtained.?3?Aiming at the characteristics of the spontaneous combustion of coal in goafs during different mining periods in the working face,a fire prevention and control technology system for prevention and control in different phases was formed.Aiming at the early stage of mining,a method was proposed to adjust the gas drainage flow in high pumping lanes to reduce air leakage in the goaf and to prevent fire extinguishing by buried pipe grouting.For the medium term,the upper and lower corners are blocked,the gel is injected between the working faces every month to form a separation zone,the large flow of nitrogen is injected to inertize the goaf and the three-phase foam is used to cover the goaf.Aiming at the end of the working face,a variety of inert gas fire prevention and fire prevention methods were adopted to prevent and treat the old goaf.
