As China's economic development,the demand of various industries for petroleum products such as fuel oil is increasing day by day,and the problem of safe transportation of oil products has also attracted the attention of most enterprises.Therefore,a set of effective monitoring systems for hazardous chemicals is of great significance.This dissertation analyzes the transportation condition of oil tanker and the accident happened in the actual transportation process,the potential safety hazards in oil transportation are summarized,in order to solve this problem,a monitoring system of oil tanker is put forward.Through collecting the data of the working condition of the tanker,the real-time control of the transportation state of the tanker is realized.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1)The research status and future development trend of liquid level meter at home and abroad were analyzed.Combined with the project demand,the relevant technical indicators and technical difficulties of system design were put forward and the liquid level measurement scheme was formulated.Then set the relevant level measurement model,the working principle of the system of FMCW radar is analyzed,several important formula was obtained through theoretical analysis according to the demand for hardware circuit design,with emphasis on the power supply circuit,the power supply network analysis of the impedance,through simulation and measured to complete the design of power circuit impedance target.2)In view of the measurement error caused by FFT in radar signal processing for liquid level measurement,a high precision liquid level measurement algorithm based on DFT frequency shift is proposed,which effectively solves the problem that the traditional refinement method has improved the accuracy but insufficient real-time performance.Then using microprocessor control temperature sensor to collect vehicle posture and pressure value,in addition,based on the system installation position different lead to zero position,through the system software design,solve the problem of the system adaptive moving zero according to the demand,develop a custom data frame format,so that the data transmission,can solve the problem of data from different oil tank of recognition.3)The overall test of the system,including the functional test and performance test of the system,all the test results show that the system can monitor thetransportation condition of the oil tanker,reaching the expected index.Finally,the work in the dissertation is summarized,and the future improvement of the system is prospected.The main work of this dissertation is to measure the level of oil products in the tank compartment of the tank truck.Using FMCW radar level gauge is used to measure the level of petroleum and other chemical products,the liquid level measurement of liquid chemical products with flammability,explosion and corrosion can be completed effectively.The system platform is built by analyzing the demand,complete the real-time monitoring function for oil transportation of oil tanker.
