| Global warming has become a hot issue in the world.Carbon dioxide is the main greenhouse gas that causes global warming.China is a responsible power in carbon dioxide emission reduction.He has promised to achieve Carbon discharges peak value around 2030at the climate conference in Paris.As China’s resource-rich area,water source-rich area and ecological barrier area,the western minority areas are in an irreplaceable position in the environmental system.However,most of the ethnic areas are located in the northwest,with Sparse Vegetation and weak ecologic environment.With the development of industry and urbanization,it is increasing environmental pressures.In this background,It is very important to study carbon dioxide emission in ethnic areas.Based on the existing literature,combining with the actual situation of minority areas,Analysis the factors affecting of carbon dioxide in Ethnic Areas.According to the energy consumption and cement production in ethnic areas in 2000-2017.By the carbon emission coefficient to calculate the CO2 emissions in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Guangxi and Ningxia（excluding Xizang）,and compare the different situation of carbon dioxide emission in Ethnic.Then,Select metrics according to the STIRPAT model and descriptive analysis of index data in Ethnic Areas.To avoid Multicollinearity between variables,selected the ridge regression to analyze data of Ethnic Areas.According to the results of regression analysis to obtain the main influencing factors of carbon dioxide emission in ethnic areas.Finally,based on the research results,we give some treatment advice in order to solve this problem.Such as:（1）Advocating a green lifestyle and reasonable urbanization,practice green development.（2）Reduce energy intensity and carbon intensity,and optimize the industrial structure,developing low-carbon economy.（3）increase the reproduction area and create a new pattern of green opening to the outside world. |
