| In the railway vehicle industry,the application of Computer Aided Engineering(CAE)has greatly improved the analysis efficiency of vehicle structures and shortened the development cycle of vehicle structures.Nowadays,traditional analysis methods are being replaced on a large scale.According to the characteristics of HyperMesh in the pre-processing process of vehicle body,this paper proposes an auxiliary tool for developing efficient pre-processing of vehicle body in terms of time-consuming,repetitive and programmable parts of the vehicle body pre-treatment process.This thesis introduces the structural fatigue strength analysis standards commonly used in the field of railway vehicles and the evaluation criteria for the structural strength of railway vehicles.The tools of secondary development platform,Tcl/Tk language and API functions are discussed.The geometric characteristics of the car body structure of the railway vehicle are studied in detail,and the positions of the various load applied points relative to the car body structure are studied in detail,and the technical route of various functions to be realized is planned in detail.Starting from the extraction of the structure mid-surface of the vehicle body,the geometrical positional relationship between the solid and the middle surface is analysis to study the principle of the middle thickness recognition and grouping.From the positional relationship between the middle surfaces of different structures,two different structures are studied.The position of the welded joint,that is,the common line of the middle surface of the structure,judges the positional relationship,studies the automatic extraction of the welds and the judgment of different welded joints,and automatically derives a distance from the welded joint according to the DVS1608 standard for evaluation of the welded joint.The direction of the node and the cosine of the angle between the local coordinate system and the global coordinate system,and the file is exported for subsequent processing;starting from the load acting on the vehicle body during the actual operation of the railway vehicle,based on the EN12663-1 standard,The geometrical position of the loading point on the vehicle body and the size of the loading area are studied to parameterize the loading procedures.Use Tcl to write programs and call related HyperMesh API functions,and use Tk to associate with programs to write interactive GUI.Finally,through the analysis of the pre-treatment of a certain type of city car body,the above-mentioned auxiliary tools are used to process the car body model.At the same time,compared with the manual processing,the accuracy and efficiency of the auxiliary tool in the pre-treatment of the vehicle are verified,and the static strength and fatigue strength of the aluminum alloy body structure are evaluated. |
