Under the development requirements of green buildings and diversified buildings,the application of BIM platform can improve the shortcomings of traditional methods,and share and achieve the added value in the process of creating,collecting,managing and applying information.Prefabricated buildings are not only a combination of green buildings and energy-efficient buildings,but also an important measure for the construction sector to respond positively to “supply-side structural reforms.” Under the policy environment,prefabricated buildings will have a broader development space and meet so many market opportunities.To promote the widespread application of fabricated buildings,we must first improve the safety management during the construction process.A reasonable safety evaluation system can help us understand the safety management problems faced in the construction of the prefabricated building and make accurate judgments.This paper studies and analyzes the status of BIM,fabricated buildings and safety evaluation.Based on the related theories such as prefabricated building construction features and safety factors analysis,the indicators of safety evaluation model are selected and the initial data is obtained by expert scoring method.A safety evaluation model based on construction safety model and evaluation method is established by using BP neural network.Some examples of fabricated building with BIM technology are selected as the data source,one project is used to verify the result.The results indicate that the BIM maturity of management,field construction worker's experience on prefabricated buildings,the installation and maintenance of machinery at the construction site,the accumulation of on-site materials spare space for construction,management of field personnel and construction behavior control are the main factors to affect the safety of prefabricated building constructions.In the future application,we can proceed from these aspects to improve the safety of fabricated buildings.
