With the increase in the number of grain and oil enterprises in Heilongjiangprovince, safety and production are more important. Safety assessment is animportant part of enterprise management of production safety, and the safetyevaluation method is the key to safety assessment, it directly affects the safetyevaluation results, to improve the quality of grain and oil enterprise securityevaluation work and guarantee the safety of the production of grain and oilenterprises of great significance.First, an overview of grain and oil enterprise security evaluation processproblems, it analyzes the characteristics and safety assessment methods appliedin the evaluation of existing security flaws. Proposed neural network forecastingtechnology for grain and oil enterprise security assessment, it can solvedeficiencies existing safety evaluation, this discusses grain and oil enterprisesecurity evaluation method using neural networks. Secondly, based on theprinciples of operability and quantization on the production process from grainand oil companies "man-machine-environment-management" perspective, takinginto account factors that affect the production of grain and oil enterprise securityand established safety evaluation index system, so the grain and oil enterprisesafe production process of the important factors to reflect the use of principalcomponent analysis for the safety evaluation index reduction. Finally, the safetyevaluation system combined with the establishment of the security situation andthe grain and oil company to provide data suitable for building neural networksecurity evaluation model of grain and oil companies, the evaluation results showthat this method can be used to evaluate the safety of grain and oil company.The safety engineering, neural network forecasting techniques and principalcomponent analysis to combine the use of the safety evaluation of grain and oil company among can provide another effective method for the production of grainand oil enterprise security management, and security evaluation of the safetyevaluation agency.
