With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry,using extreme pressure anti-wear to improve mechanical efficiency and service life has become the focus of research at home and abroad.In this background,the synthesis route and instructions of P-N extreme pressure anti-wear were studied in this paperAcid phosphate was synthesized by P2O5,isodecyl alcohol,and oleylamine.Compared with previous synthetic methods,the process of synthesizing the acidic phosphate ester amine saltwas changed the type of the alcohol,and unnsed solvent,the synthesis process was clean and environmental friendly.At the same time,synthetic boronated polyisobutylene succinimide,and tested the structure and performance of the two products separately.Finally,investigated the effect of compounding the two additives.Proving syntheses are the target products by means of infrared,VPO number average molecular weight,thermogravimetry and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis.Finding the optimal synthesis conditions by controlling the yield and pH of the product by controlling different variables,the optimal synthesis conditions were:n P2O5:n isodecyl alcohol:n oleylamine=1:3:0.9,reaction temperature 85110°C,reaction time 12.5 h.Under these conditions,the pH of the synthetic product acidic phosphate amine salt was about 5.5,and the yield was up to 92.76%.Through the four-ball test,corrosion resistance test,and oil solubility test,the experimental results showed that the additive not only has good oil solubility,corrosion resistance,but also greatly improves the extreme pressure and anti-wear performance.Optimum synthesis conditions of boronated polyisobutylene succinimide:mass ratio polyisobutylene succinimide:boric acid=16:1,solvent mass ratio n-butanol:toluene=1:2,reaction temperature95°C,pumping filtration temperature was 110120°C,reaction time was 6 h,and the filtration time was 2 h,under these conditions,the yield of polyisobutylene succinimide was 89.6%.The effects of single-agent and compound-agent were investigated,the results showed that when the two additives were used alone,the addition of acid phosphate amine salt was 2 wt%,and the boron nitrogen type dosage was 3 wt%,and the extreme pressure and abrasion resistance was the best.When the mass ratio of acid phosphate amine salt to boronated polyisobutylene succinimide was2:1,the compound effect was the best,the PB values of the acid phosphate amine salt and the borated polyisobutylene succinimide were increased by 17.5%and38.8%,respectively,and the diameter of the wear spots decreased by 2.67%and18.1%,respectively.In terms of corrosion resistance and low temperature oil solubility,the compounding was superior to the effect of being used alone.
