In the golden age of rapid development,especially the demand for electricity is increasing,power supply pressure is increasing.Increased environmental pressure,china's energy development adheres to economic development,clean development and safe development.Electrolytic aluminum is a typical high energy consumption industry,must take effective measures to carry out energy conservation and consumption reduction work.In recent years,high-voltage and high-power inverter is a research hotspot in the power electronics industry,and widely used in mining and metallurgical industry.In particular,high-voltage inverters have been recognized by customers with good speed regulation performance and high efficiency.This paper combines the current operating conditions of electrolytic aluminum plants.In-depth research on several schemes of AC speed regulation,and analyze a series of problems in the application of frequency conversion technology.Based on the analysis and comparison of various frequency conversion technical solutions.The flue gas purification exhaust fan is selected in Yinhai Aluminum Co.Ltd Laibin city.Through the development of a 10 kV exhaust fan motor frequency conversion speed regulation technology,and in the production practice.The company's electrolytic aluminum flue gas purification fan frequency conversion renovation project was tested.It is fully verified the necessity of electrolytic aluminum enterprises to carry out high-voltage frequency conversion technology transformation.It has provided valuable experience for the company to continue to deepen its transformation.
