With the continuous development of social economy, the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent, and the society gradually attaches importance to the control of greenhouse gas emissions.Transportation industry is one of the industries with serious carbon emissions,so it is imperative to reduce transport emissions.Sichuan is an important transportation corridor with "The Belt and Road".The demand for container transport is strong, and the development of multimodal transport is the key to promoting efficient container transportation. However,in Sichuan Province, there are some problems in container multimodal transport, such as inadequate infrastructure construction, low capacity of container railway transport and poor convergence of transport modes.Under this background, the paper studies the multi-modal container transport routes in Sichuan Province considering carbon emissions, which provides a reference for efficient and low-carbon container transport.Firstly, the paper analyses the current situation of container multimodal transport in Sichuan Province, summarizes the existing problems in the development of container multimodal transport in Sichuan Province, and lays a foundation for the study of the optimization of multimodal transport routes.Secondly,on the basis of defining the influencing factors of the optimization of container multimodal transport routes, the paper makes a detailed analysis of carbon emissions, transport costs and transport time in on-the-road and transit transport links. Then, aiming at the characteristics of container transportation network, genetic algorithm is improved to avoid local optimal solution. The model is programmed with MATLAB software to solve the optimal solution of multimodal transport of Sichuan container from Chengdu to Shanghai Yangshan Port, and the optimal path considering carbon emissions and not considering carbon emissions is obtained. Finally, aiming at the low-carbon path scheme, the paper analyses the induction mechanism of path selection, establishing a game model between the inducer government and the induced multimodal transport operator, and obtains an effective inducement subsidy policy. The paper draws the following conclusions: the optimal route with considering the carbon emissions is the container rail-water intermodal transport route, which has a good connection with the waterway container port and a high proportion of railway transport.Compared with the optimal route without considering carbon emissions, the carbon emissions are reduced by 40.8%,but the comprehensive cost is relatively high. The government can effectively attract operators to choose low-carbon path by formulating a subsidy policy of 43 yuan/TEU for low-carbon container intermodal transport route. This is conducive to the development of low-carbon transport. The paper clarifies the current situation and existing problems of container multimodal transport in Sichuan Province, and constructs a multi-modal transport route optimization model considering carbon emissions,as well as a low-carbon route selection induction game model, which can better study the low-carbon multimodal transport of container in Sichuan Province. While improving transport efficiency,it can reduce carbon emissions, reduce comprehensive costs, and research. The conclusion can provide reference for government transport departments to formulate low-carbon transport development policies.
