The development of the iron and steel industry is one of the important indicators to measure the overall economic development level of a country and it plays a decisive role in the development of all industries.However,with the progress of the times,a series of malpractices such as resource consumption,inefficient management and imperfect regulatory system gradually emerge in the iron and steel enterprises.These problems lead to the overall downward benefit of the steel industry.In order to solve the above problems,taking the actual operation of a certain iron and steel enterprise in Hebei Province as the background,the optimization of the process of warehousing and management of the finished product warehouse,which relates to the smooth implementation of the whole sales process,has been carried out in the in-plant logistics of this enterprise.According to the actual situation of inventory management and sales of the finished steel products of the enterprise,based on the discontinuous warehousing operation mode of a single order taken by the original management system,the company plans to optimize the warehousing solutions of the enterprise.Thus,the optimal scheduling model of multi-order multi-goods simultaneous delivery is established with the shortest time and the highest efficiency as the target.In order to obtain the optimal solution of the model,the current optimal scheduling optimization algorithm is compared and analyzed,and finally the improved bat algorithm is used to analyze the problem.In the algorithm,the initial population is generated by using the strategy of opposition to increase the population diversity and find the optimal solution faster.At the same time,the time-varying inertia weight balance algorithm exploration and mining capability is introduced in the speed update process.Finally,taking the actual data of a certain steel company's finished product delivery process in Hebei as an example,the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by comparison with other algorithms.In order to balance the relationship between business efficiency and service,the factors influencing the order priority is taken into account based on the above solutions.The bat algorithm is used to optimize the initial weight and threshold of BP neural network,and the BA-BP neural network algorithm is used to predict the order level to get more accurate prediction results,Moreover,an optimization model for the finished goods dispatch of enterprises which takes the order priority into account is established.The improved bat algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,by utilizing the actual data of the steel mills,several simulation experiments and comparative analyzes of different values of the weighting coefficients in the model are carried out to verify the validity and correctness of the improved model.It proves that it is meaningful to get the finished products of steel enterprises to consider the order priority.In view of the low level of information and slow circulation of information,this paper designs and realizes the finished product dispatching system of the enterprise,and describes the specific workflow,database and table relation and function modules related to dispatching,and the core interface was demonstrated.Practice shows that the system is in good condition and effectively improves the operational efficiency of enterprises.
