Research On The Optimization Of Financial Sharing Mechanism Of Chinese Enterprise

With the gradual promotion of financial sharing center in our country,more and more enterprises begin to devote themselves to the construction of financial sharing center.With the continuous deepening of practice,people's understanding on financial sharing center is also deepening.It has been recognized that the establishment of a financial sharing center will not give full play to the value of the financial sharing center.It is necessary to build a supporting system around the financial sharing center,to clear up various problems encountered in the financial sharing,and let the financial sharing center play a better role.Therefore,enterprises and scholars pay more and more attention to the continuous optimization of financial sharing center.This paper takes the financial sharing center of C Company under China Petroleum Group as an example to explore the optimization path for Chinese enterprises in the field of financial sharing center.This paper hopes to study the construction of C Company's sharing service center to further improve the relevant measures of financial sharing.It also summarizes the empirical experience for the optimization of financial sharing services,and provides practical reference to the construction and operation of financial sharing service centers for other enterprise groups in China,hoping to improve the researches in related fields.
