Indium oxide,as a kind of n-type semiconductor functional material,has been widely used in photoelectric materials,gas sensors,catalysts and so on because of its wide band gap,small resistivity and high catalytic activity.Indium oxide nanomaterials have more excellent properties than traditional bulk materials.With the appearance of various morphologies of indium oxide nanomaterials,it has become a research hotspot in solar cells,field emitters,transistors,photocatalysis and other fields.In this paper,match stick and tower indium oxide nanomaterials were prepared by CVD,and their growth mechanism was analyzed and discussed.At the same time,a variety of morphologies of indium oxide nanomaterials were also obtained,and characterized by XRD and electron microscopy.The experimental results are as follows:(1)Indium oxide nanomaterials with matchstick,tower,mushroom chip,nanowire and nanoball were prepared by CVD.(2)The growth conditions(reaction temperature,nano gold particle size,etc.)and the effects of growth mechanism and growth kinetics on the morphology and microstructure of the nano tower were systematically studied.It was confirmed that the growth mechanism of v-l-s and the surface diffusion growth mechanism were the synergistic results of the growth mechanism of v-l-s.The results of Raman test show that the Raman peak of the tower indium oxide nanomaterials is red shifted due to the phonon confinement effect of nanomaterials.The results of UV-Vis absorption spectrum show that the absorption peaks of 260 nm and 310 nm are due to oxygen vacancy defects in the crystal lattice,and the average band gap width of the tower type indium oxide nanomaterials is 3.20 ev.(3)It was found that the higher the temperature,the larger the size of gold nanoparticles and the longer the reaction time,the longer the head size,the diameter and the average length of the body.The results of EDS surface scan show that the pure match stick indium oxide nanomaterials belong to v-l-s growth mechanism.The blue-green absorption peaks of 360 nm and 425 nm were observed by UV-Vis absorption spectrum,which was caused by the local states formed by oxygen vacancy and surface defects...
