Evaluation Of The Characteristics Of Ecological Efficiency Level Of Cement Enterprises From The Perspective Of Circular Economy

The cement industry is a strategic and basic industry of the national economy and plays a very important role in the development of the national economy.Due to the characteristics of high energy consumption,high pollution and high resource consumption in the cement industry,its resource and environmental constraints are increasingly obvious,and sustainable development faces severe challenges.The circular economy is a new economic development model with the characteristics of resource conservation and recycling,which can help cement enterprises achieve many goals such as resource conservation,pollution reduction,recycling of waste,and reduction of environmental load.Realizing the ecological transformation of cement industry and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly cement production enterprise is the main direction of China's cement industry development.The core idea of eco-efficiency emphasizes the creation of high-quality products with less resource input and lower pollution emissions,it provides an important guiding method for the development of circular economy in cement production enterprises.This thesis firstly summarizes the relevant literatures on the eco-efficiency and development of circular economy in the cement industry at home and abroad,takes the development of circular economy and ecological transformation in China's cement industry as the research background,and discusses the connotation of cement eco-efficiency with ecological efficiency as the main line,establishing a quantitative evaluation model for the ecological efficiency of cement enterprises.After that,data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to analyze the relevant model data to study the ecological efficiency of cement in China,and to study and evaluate the development of circular economy in cement enterprises in China.Finally,in view of some problems existing in cement enterprises,combined with the development of the cement industry in recent years,from promoting advanced technologies to promote energy conservation and emission reduction,improve resource utilization efficiency,increase collaborative efforts,improve system and policy innovation,and optimize organizational management,these four aspects provide countermeasures and suggestions for the cement industry to improve ecological efficiency and develop a circular economy.
