Now, along with the rapid economic growth, protection of the ecologicalconstruction and environmental forms of the seriousness of an increasingly prominent,the contradiction between economic development and resource supply ismore andmore obvious, protecting the ecological and environmental situation is urgent action,the important approache of balancing resource utilization and the economicdevelopment is the development of recycling economy, and circular economyindustry chain is the most important part in circular economy. In China’s industrialpark, most industrial park with low degree of stability, and view from differentpoints,such as ecological and economic on the deep research also is less, whichrelates to the industrial park whether running smoothly and l developing well.Therefore, the evaluation studies of circular economy chain ecological stability ofChangchun Corn Industry Park，basing on the definition and connotation of the concept ofecological stability of circular economy chain, the circular economy chain ecology stabilityindex system was set up by weighting amount of information, the formation of thethree aspects including a total of26evaluation, and combined with comprehensive indexmethod to circular economy industry chain ecology stability evaluation of Changchun Corn IndustrialPark, the conclusion that ecology stability index of3.433. Find out the factors that limit the stableoperation of circular economy industry chain, and puts forward the raising of technical level,strengthen environmental management, the optimization proposals and so on, to maintain the stabilityof the corn industrial park in sustainable development bring about a positive impact.In this thesis, the quantitative evaluation results of ecological stability ofChangchun Corn Industry Park circular economy chain is good，the analysis andconclusions provide a scientific basis for the sound development of Changchun CornIndustry Park, the research and the evaluation have the positive significance forother industrial park reference.
