Research On Quality Management Of Wastewater Treatment Project

High quality urban services are the foundation of sustainable urban development.Sewage treatment facilities are among the most important facilities in many facilities.Because hospital wastewater is more harmful than domestic sewage,the quality of hospital sewage treatment system is not only related to the recycling of water resources,but also related to the health and safety of the general public.As China's requirements for wastewater treatment discharge standards are getting higher and higher,it is inevitable to put forward higher requirements for the quality management of wastewater treatment project projects.Based on the basic logic of PDCA in quality management,this thesis identifies the quality management issues in hospital wastewater treatment projects.According to the PDCA cycle process,the characteristics of the wastewater treatment project and its process were analyzed to find out the various factors that affect the quality of the project.On the basis of in-depth analysis and research of quality factors,we propose targeted improvement measures from three aspects: design,construction and daily operation.Confirm the improvement by hypothesis testing and process capacity analysis.In order to ensure the quality of wastewater treatment,the author designed a control chart to achieve daily monitoring.This thesis takes the wastewater treatment project of SG People's Hospital of Bao'an District,Shenzhen as an example,quality control methods and key control points are provided for each stage of the hospital wastewater treatment project,as well as the daily tasks and processes of the wastewater treatment facilities.Finally,suggestions for improving the quality of the project and suggestions for continuous improvement are proposed.This study can be used as a reference for the quality management of similar sewage treatment projects.
