Research On Equipment Management Countermeasures Of M Coal Group

With rapid growth of technology and large-scale integration of coal industry,the automation has turned to be extremely important in the coal industry.As the surge of automatic device in both type and quantity,the state-owned enterprises faced unprecedented pressures and challenges in the device management.In coal industry,production device is one of critical factors,and the state of production device is directly correlated with safety,quantity and quality of coal production.Since business management is important to enhance competitiveness of enterprises,economically and efficiently managing production device has attracted a large amount of attentions from business managers.Therefore,device management has been favored in business management.On the basis of a scientific and feasible business device management system,methodical and efficient operation of production device can ensure production safety,cost control and economic efficiency.This work has studied the optimization of device management in M Coal Enterprise.M Coal Enterprise is a coal-based diversified industrial group,including mining,coal washing,power generation,coking,salinization and others,and an asset-intensive company.Following the previous literatures in device management,we started to analyze the current device management in M Coal Enterprise.We found several problems,including device maintenance process,documents chromatography printing process and query function.Based on these problems and the actual situations of M Coal Enterprise,we proposed the following suggestions.For device maintenance process,the maintenance protocol for large and medium-sized device should be revised,and the maintenance protocol for small-sized device should be re-designed.For documents chromatography printing process,paper size and display font should be adjusted as requested.For query function,customized tab should be designed and query function will be optimized.Additionally,to supportthe aforementioned suggestions,we provide the comprehensive precautions,e.g.upgrading system software and hardware,creating training protocols,setting performance evaluation and establishing post-maintenance,which refine and improve device management.The findings of this work can benefit M Coal Enterprise by improving device management,reducing device idle rate,eliminating wasteful device investment and updating the existing assets,which can adjust the remaining device and enhance vitality of M Coal Enterprise.Meanwhile,to follow the national energy revolution which requires industrial transformation,industrial upgrade and intelligent construction,the enterprise should conduct the life-cycle management of large-sized device.This is the foundation to enhance digitality,informatization and intelligence in coal industry.Therefore,the conclusions of this study are practical to the entire coal industry.
