With the rapid development of coal industry in China, more and more kinds and complex electromechanical device has been used in coal enterprises, the cost proportion of electromechanical device account for a large in coal enterprises, the coal enterprises begin to pay more attention to electromechanical device management.But because of the coal mine production complex and variability conditions and links and electromechanical device security risks, it may affect the normal production of coal enterprises, even brewing into one after another accident. Electromechanical device management faces new challenges. Therefore, the coal enterprises need formulate and implement the practical management strategies and vigorously strengthen electromechanical device management for the great significance of coal enterprise cost control, safety and economic benefit.Through literature research, constantly, reading and collection of relevant literature and related theory, the paper analyzes and summarizes the collected data. Through investigation, purposeful, planned, systematic collection of several coal mines for the historical conditions and the actual situation of electromechanical device management, the paper analyzes, synthesizes, compares and induces the large number of data from. Because A enterprises coal mine has certain representation in the industry, so it collects the development information of the open coal mine by field research and interviews with intermittent approach. The paper takes its essence from data collection, provide regular knowledge and inspiration for electromechanical device management. Against the main problems and defects causation analysis of the open coal mine electromechanical device management of it, the paper puts forward feasible solutions.In the research, the paper mines the model of the original electromechanical device management, such as electromechanical device inspection, maintenance and etc. And uses risk Pre-control system for auxiliary electromechanical device management. Using this system realizes the purpose of preventable, controllable and manageable electromechanical device accidents, reduces or eliminates the occurrence of accidents.The results show that this research strategy can be promoting and applying in the coal industry.
