Among the pollutants produced in the casting production process,the most important pollutants are particulates,with a large amount of pollution,including smoke and dust;followed by NOX and SO2 produced by the combustion of cupolas and other furnaces;then some raw materials generate VOCs under high temperature,and the small amount of pollution makes it difficult to control.These pollutants will not only seriously pollute the air quality,resulting in the occurrence of meteorological disasters such as smog and acid rain,but also the people exposed to the casting environment for a long time,will also increase the risk of disease and cancer.Therefore,it is necessary to control the atmospheric pollutants in the casting industry.As a traditional industry,people's livelihood industry and pillar industry in Taigu County,the casting industry of Malleable Cast Iron started in the 1970 s.It has gone through five stages:starting,development,expansion,innovation and standard raising,and once became the first pillar industry in the county.In the foundry industry of Taigu County,due to the inadequate investment and operation of environmental protection facilities and the backward technology,the phenomenon of unorganized emissions is serious,which seriously affects the environmental quality.The government takes measures to reduce production and stop production to control pollution,which will certainly affect the production and development of enterprises.In order to improve the environmental quality and promote the development of the foundry industry,Taigu County foundry industry has carried out standard rectification.By going to Taigu County for investigation and online inspection,the basic situation of this rectification and relevant information of the foundry industry in Taigu County were collected.Based on the three local planning policies of "County-level rural construction planning in Taigu County","Ecological Function Division of Taigu County","Ecological Economic Division of Taigu County",this paper analyzes the rationality of the distribution of foundry industry in Taigu County,and finally finds that the layout of foundry industry in Taigu County is unreasonable,so it puts forward the adjustment scheme of industry layout.Enterprises with unreasonable layout will be moved into Hucun Town in turn.And considering the limited area of Ma Steel Foundry Park,a new industrial park will be established later.Secondly,by comparing the amount of large pollutants before and after the rectification and forecasting the diffusion of atmospheric pollutants,the effect of this rectification on the standard was evaluated.The final evaluation affirmed the rectification effect,but there are still deficiencies.After the whole foundry industry of Taigu County has completed the rectification of the standard,the pollutant discharge has been reduced in theory,but in fact,the air quality improvement speed of Taigu County is slow,and the environmental protection facilities after the rectification are still far from the advanced environmental protection technology recommended by the state.Therefore,this article proposes new industry technical rectification opinions and adopts advanced environmental protection technology recommended by the state to control the pollution of particulate matter,NOx and VOCs.Finally,this paper verifies the feasibility of the technical rectification opinions and layout adjustment scheme proposed by this paper with the help of environmental capacity model,and it has good environmental benefits.Combining the layout adjustment plan of the foundry enterprises proposed by this article with the new technical rectification opinions,the first entry conditions for the foundry industry in Taigu County are proposed.
