Heating furnace is the main heating equipment in the petrochemical industry,but also energy consumption.the efficiency of heating furnace determines the energy consumption cost of oil processing plant,Improving the thermal efficiency of heating furnace to improve energy efficiency has become the focus of the petrochemical industry.Shandong Chambroad petrochemical co.LTD(hereinafter referred to Chambroad Petrochemicals)has 23 heating furnaces,distributed in 15 sets of equipment,There are 8 sets of heating furnace which thermal efficiency is lower than 90%.In this study,Chambroad Petrochemicals 3.5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum heating furnace is as simulation object.According to the structural parameters,the flow direction of the oil in the heating furnace is simulated,and the discharge of the convection chamber and the radiation chamber are simulated.The operation data of the simulated heating furnace is consistent with the actual data,which verifies the accuracy of the heating furnace model and can be used to optimize the research of heating furnace.This paper analyses the influence of smoke exhaust temperature,superheated air coefficient,fuel change and heat loss on the efficiency of heating furnace.The study found that the every 10 ? below the smoke temperature,heating furnace thermal efficiency is about 0.5% increase,The smoke temperature can be reduced by changing the type of convection tube type,retrofitting the air preheater,adding the blowing equipment,and upgrading the material of the furnace tube to reduce the dew point corrosion,etc.The heating efficiency of the heating furnace can be increased by 0.25% for every 0.05 excess air coefficient,The excess air coefficient can be reduced by using the high quality fuel,the furnace body plugging,selecting the appropriate burner,changing the supply of air,and so on.According to the results of the simulation analysis,the atmospheric and vacuum heating furnace is reformed accordingly,Heater efficiency is increased from 84% to 92%,the exhaust temperature drops to 106 ?,energy-saving effect is remarkable.
