The production process of diesel hydro-refining plant needs to maintain high temperature and high hydrogen pressure condition,which is one of the high energy consumption devices.The device of heating furnace is one of the major energy-consuming equipment hydrogenation unit.In order to energy conservation and emissions reduction and reduce the energy consumption,the energy consumption analysis and process optimization are used.It not only can reduce environmental pollution,reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency at the same time,but also can reduce the oil refining enterprise cost.The essay focuses on the study of diesel oil hydrogenation unit to promote heating furnace thermal efficiency,first of all,diesel hydrogenation process and the status quo of the furnace structure,operation energy consumption and energy saving optimization methods such as a large number of literature researches.Followed by combining Beijing bo petrochemical diesel hydrogenation unit of the operation situation of heating furnace,the convection heat transfer of duan optimization,was simulated by Aspen Plus software calculation,using diesel heat increased the convection section of the heat,the device makes full use of high temperature flue gas with heat,to improve to provide enough heat source of the device manufactured;At the same time,the oxygen-rich combustion of the nitrogen system in Jingbo petrochemical system is studied,which can improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace.In addition,the cracking of the heating furnace lining and seal poor watch fire door,through energy saving optimization upgrading to improve the reaction feed heating furnace thermal efficiency,which making the overall heatingfurnace operation efficiency by an average 84% increase to over 91%.
