In order to adapt to the rapid development of social and economic situation,the diversified employment mode rises,and the labor dispatch mode is one of them.But in the process of employment,the enterprise has not completely get rid of the traditional employment mode.As traditional administrative directives and planning existed,which makes the labor dispatch mode of labor development disputes constantly,and can not play its advantages in the enterprise,and create greater value.This paper first introduces the relevant theories of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,six factor incentives,human resources and other related theories.Secondly,it expounds and analyzes the development course and present situation of labor dispatch in China and the reasons for its rise.Thirdly,through the questionnaire design,the paper investigates the labor dispatch management of A enterprises,and discusses the main causes of the problems in the process of employment management.Finally,combined with the six modules of human resources theory,around the outstanding problems of A enterprises,from the management system,spiritual needs,optimization of salary management,promotion channels put forward improvement measures to promote the A enterprise labor dispatch system continues to improve.
