As a kind of volumetric pump,the screw pump has many advantages such as its simple structure,easy maintenance,low investment,low energy consumption and strong adaptability,which makes that it can't be replaced by other oil pumping equipment.So,it has been widely used in petroleum and chemical engineering,shipbuilding and other industries.With the increasing demand for screw pump,the requirements for the efficiency of the screw pump are also increasing.The efficiency of the screw pump has a certain relationship with its rotation speed,working condition and head of the oil well,so performance testing of the screw pump is an important means to ensure the high performance of the system.Most of the current performance testing devices for the screw pump are horizontal,which is different with on-site oil extraction conditions.In this study,based on an experimental well with a well depth of 30 meters,according to the actual working conditions at the site,using electromechanical fluid technology,a vertical screw pump performance testing device was developed to simulate the head and downhole temperatures and detect the parameters including pump inlet and outlet pressure,flow,speed,voltage,current and power.In this study,overall plan was first designed,including the experimental flow chart,the overall plan of the test bench and the disassembly and assembly of the screw pump.Then according to the maximum power required by the test object,the power of the drive motor was matched,and then the drive head of the test bench was designed,including the belt drive and the gear box structure.In the design of the output shaft of the gearbox,a hall type torque sensor solution was designed and the structure was designed.Later,Oil well systems were resigned,including wellhead and downhole devices.In the structural design,Ansys software is used to analyze stress check and component selection of key force components.Finally,the design of the test-bed measurement and control system is performed.The hardware system design is first performed,and the appropriate flow,pressure,torque and speed sensors and frequency converters are selected,and the oil heating system is designed.C# software is used for program design to implement functions such as database operations,data acquisition,data processing,graphing,and control of inverters and temperature heaters.
