In recent years,the chemical industry is growing rapidly with the national economy,and chemical production accidents are also increasing,which not only causes serious losses to chemical plants,but also poses great danger to the rescue workers,especially the first-line investigators.In chemical plant accident rescue,reconnaissance work is an indispensable work,it plays a important role in disaster judgment,rescue deployment,personnel evacuation.The robot can be used to enter the accident factory to conduct comprehensive and rapid reconnaissance of the construction road condition and dangerous substances,which can effectively avoid the danger faced by the inspectors.However,in practice,the cooperation of reconnaissance robot to the whole process of accident rescue is poor,and there are many problems about the usability and ease of use of man-machine interaction in the process of use.In this paper,IDEF0 method and service design method are adopted to study and optimize the rescue service and interaction of chemical plant accident involving robots.The specific contents are as follows:Comb the IDEF(ICAM DEFinition Method,the full name for ICAM is Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing)method family,and according to the characteristics of the research object,choose the IDEF0(Functional model)as the theoretical support to model and analyze the system;Conduct model construction according to IDEF0 modeling process.Firstly,investigate and study the people,environment,equipment and technology involved in the system,deeply analyze the existing problems and pain points,and find the actual needs,and with requirements as the purpose of modeling;Then,a model is built and decomposed layer by layer to clarify the functional composition of the system and the functional relationship between various elements,and a reasonable IDEF0 functional model is constructed;Combined with the design method of IDEF0 function model and the service,through a service content,service process and the design of the relevant contact,create a set of whole process,the diversity of chemical accident rescue reconnaissance service system,for the use of chemical accident rescue robot reconnaissance service details,process,system design provides a certain reference;Aiming at the interface design and practice of robot remote control,a set of interactive flow and interface between human and reconnaissance robot is designed to provide some reference forthe research and practice of human-robot interaction in special environment.
