During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,it pointed out that "development of information technology and industrialization will be deeply integrated",and guided the use of information technology as a technical guarantee for enterprise safety management,and developed and improved system construction within the industry.In recent years,the deep-seated contradictions that restrict the safe development of chemical and hazardous chemicals in the country are still outstanding.The huge property losses and casualties caused by chemical accidents still need to be kept in mind.This article takes Anhui Debang Chemical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,collects data through on-site investigation,analyzes and designs the system structure,realizes system functions,and provides support for Debon Chemical Safety Information Management and Emergency Rescue.Through the identification of the main hazard sources and major hazard sources of Debon Chemical in Anhui Province,this paper uses the accident consequence model to calculate the leakage amount,the impact range and other indicators for leakage,fire and explosion,and takes measures for different risk factors and workplaces.Different safety assessment methods were analyzed.The dangers and uncertainties of chemical accidents bring many difficulties to emergency rescue.Through the analysis of emergency plans,the schemes are optimized by using the attribute weight unknown decision matrix ranking method.With the support of data and information,the emergency rescue module is the rescue command.The organization provides clear decision-making ideas and rescue programs to improve emergency rescue capabilities.The system uses Apache Web server,PHP development language,ThinkPHP framework,MVC version design pattern,MySQL database platform.Through system requirements analysis,the system is divided into four major modules: safety information management,safety evaluation,emergency rescue,and geographic rescue information,covering important aspects such as hazard source management,equipment personnel management,emergency plan management,emergency warning,and emergency response.Organic and close integration form the system framework.Figure[35] Table[27] Reference[55]...
