The web gravure printing equipment has the characteristics of continuous production,thick ink layer and stable process,which is one of the ideal choices for continuous production of printed electronic products in large quantities.The precision of tension control is the premise and foundation of high-quality production of printing electronic products for web printing electronic equipment.However,the complexity of tension system has not solved the problem of coupling modeling and decoupling control,which has become a bottle neck problem restricting the performance improvement of gravure printing electronic equipment.In this paper,with the support of the key research and development plan of Shaanxi Province and the basic research plan of natural science of Shaanxi Province,the in-depth research on the coupling modeling and decoupling control of the tension system of gravure printing electronic equipment is carried out.The main contents are as follows:The global coupling mechanism model of tension system for web gravure printing electronic equipment is established.This paper studies the mechanism of substrate tension,analyzes the internal law of substrate tension caused by temperature,establishes the multi-source mechanism model of tension,studies the coupling relationship between the tension of each span,establishes the global coupling mechanism model of tension system based on the tension subsystem model of unwinding,printing and winding,and describes the multi physical nonlinearity of tension system Coupling relationship.A decoupling control strategy suitable for the characteristics of tension system of electronic equipment for web gravure printing is proposed.This paper analyzes the controlcharacteristics of three tension subsystems: unwinding,printing and rewinding,deduces the static decoupling control model of each tension subsystem,and designs the ADRC decoupling controller of each tension subsystem.The simulation results show that the ADRC decoupling controller designed realizes the decoupling control of the tension system,and has better robustness and anti-interference ability than PID controller.In this paper,the tension system of web gravure printing electronic equipment is taken as the research object,the global coupling mathematical model of tension system is established,the ADRC decoupling control strategy of tension system is designed,which provides technical support for the mass and high efficiency production of precision printing electronic products,and is of great significance for pushing the industrialization application of web gravure printing electronic equipment.
