Study Of Cost Competitiveness Evaluation And Promotion Of Iron And Steel Enterprises In Western Region

The development of iron and steel enterprises in Northwest China is faced with many inherent disadvantages,especially the competitiveness of the main links related to cost is in a relatively weak state.In this paper,cost competitiveness is the main research object,focusing on the iron and steel industry in Northwest China,taking Xining Special Steel as an example for specific analysis.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the cost competitiveness of the iron and steel enterprises in Northwest China from the macro and micro perspectives.The theoretical basis of this study is cost management theory,value chain cost management theory and supply chain cost management theory.It introduces the domestic and foreign literature related to the research content,and analyzes the current research status.Through the detailed analysis of the current situation and data of the cost management of the iron and steel enterprises in the northwest region,the cost management of the iron and steel enterprises in the northwest region is still in the stage of extensive cost saving,which is far from systematic and strategic cost management.Based on the current situation,this paper analyzes the specific problems and causes of cost management,discusses the planning and design problems and management problems,discusses the problems of cost management,the background of cost management problems and the causes of the above management problems,so as to find solutions to the problems caused by research phenomena.Further discuss the background of the internal and external environment of cost competition,and analyze the opportunities and challenges of the advantages and disadvantages of cost competition with SWOT method.Based on the above discussion,this paper puts forward a six dimensional evaluation system of cost competitiveness and specific measures to improve the management level by establishing a modern cost competitiveness system.By using the theory of six-dimensional evaluation system and the case of Xining Special Steel,this paper discusses the current situation,existing problems and improvement measures of cost competitiveness of Xining Special Steel,and analyzes the implementation effect of optimizing cost competitiveness management.Finally,this paper summarizes and prospects the research,points out the lack of this paper and the direction of further research.
