Road-header is a large-scale equipment for fully-mechanized coal roadway excavation face,which integrates cutting,loading,transportation,walking,spraying,dust removal and other functions.Its normal operation is directly related to the smooth operation of coal mine production.Due to the harsh working environment,complex and changeable working conditions,complicated load of road-header and severe fluctuation of load,the normal production of fully mechanized working face is affected due to unexpected damage of common key components during underground operation of road-header.With the increasing power of road-header,scientific and reasonable structural design is the key to improve cutting efficiency and reliability of the whole machine.In order to solve this problem,the structural design,strength analysis and modal analysis of the cutting planetary reducer are carried out around the EBZ160 road-header of Xi 'an Coal Mine Machinery Co.,Ltd.The main research results are as follows:The overall scheme of structural optimization design of EBZ160 road-header planetary reducer is put forward.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the cutting reducer,and the relevant parameters of the reducer are obtained.Pro/E modeling software is used to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the main parts in the optimized structure of road-header planetary reducer.The dynamic simulation model of cutting reducer of EBZ160 road-header is established,and dynamic simulation analysis is carried out for no-load condition,constant load torque condition and variable load torque condition in turn.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to carry out nonlinear contact analysis on the optimized planet carrier,which is the key part of road-header reducer.The strength and deformation of planet carrier under normal working conditions are studied.Aiming at the optimized planetary reduction gear transmission system of road-header cutting part,the modal analysis function module of ABAQUS is used to carry out finite element modal analysis on the primary planetary reduction and secondary planetary reduction transmission mechanisms respectively,and the first 12 modal frequencies and modal shapes are obtained,and the natural characteristic frequencies and vibration forms of the planetary reduction system are analyzed.The results show that the optimized planetary reducer has reasonable structural design,all parts can meet the strength requirements well,reduce the volume and weight,and is safe and reliable,providing a reference for road-header design and research and development.
