In recent years,under the background of industry 4.0 era,the manufacturing industry proposes to build an intelligent and digital production mode,so does the clothing production industry.With the change of the market consumption trend,the demand of the clothing market is gradually expanding.The clothing production enterprises are mainly mass production,and there are more and more kinds of cloth processing.However,the automation degree of the domestic spreading machine is low,the type of cloth processing is single and the control performance is not high,which obviously does not meet the production demand of the market.The processing parameters of different cloth are also different.Now,the parameter setting of the spreading machine is mainly manually set.For large clothing production workshop,there are several to a dozen cloth spreaders for processing at the same time,and there are dozens of cloth processing types,and equipment maintenance is also difficult,which brings troubles to the management and production of large workshop.Therefore,this paper proposes to upgrade the existing spreading machine system,optimize the control system of the spreading machine,and put forward to carry out information workshop transformation.The purpose of this paper is to improve the design of the existing spreading machine system,especially the control system of the spreading machine,so that the problems of the existing spreading machine can be solved.On this basis,the information transformation of the workshop is carried out to realize the information management of the equipment.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Determine the overall improvement plan of the spreading machine.Through the analysis of the performance and structure of the spreading machine,it is pointed out that there are many problems in the spreading machine,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward for the specific problems,and the improvement measures are analyzed and discussed,finally the overall improvement scheme of the spreading machine is determined.2.Study the control strategy of the motion system of the spreading machine.In order to solve the problems of low stability and poor dynamic performance caused by the time-varying parameters of the spreading machine,this paper proposes the adaptive optimization design of the spreader motion system.Combined with the mathematical model of the spreader motion system,the conventional PID control and the fuzzy self-tuning PID control are simulated by MATLAB software.The simulation results of the two control modes are compared and analyzed to determine the control strategy of the spreader motion system.3.Complete the hardware and software design of the spreading machine.The hardware part includes the control circuit board design,the motor control and wiring design and thepower supply circuit design.The software part is the software design of the main subsystems in the control system.4.Design a remote monitoring system.The system can transmit data with the spreading machine,realize information sharing,monitor the equipment in real time,diagnose the faults in time,manage the data of the spreading machine by establishing the database,query and call it at any time,and complete the design of human-machine interface of the monitoring terminal,which is easy to operate,intuitive and feasible.
