Plastic injection machine because of its high production efficiency,low repeat accuracy,good temperature control and other advantages,in the plastic products industry has become an indispensable production equipment.However,with China's increasing demand for plastic products consumption,the domestic plastics market is seriously inadequate,the traditional injection molding,blowing bottle two-step production model has been unable to meet consumer demand.In order to ensure the manufacturing volume of plastic products,with the production of efficient,energy-saving and environmental protection Plastic injection machine is the future development trend of the plastic products industry.However,in the process of producing plastic products,the quality problem of finished products is closely related to the degree of temperature control of the barrel.Based on the production equipment of the Kungen blowing bottle factory in Rizhao City,the design of the Plastic injection machine control system is completed and applied to the actual production by analyzing the logic control and temperature control requirements of Plastic injection machine processing process,and applying it to the actual production.(1)Plastic injection machine control system overall scheme design.First of all,according to the traditional injection molding blowing bottle two-step production model research,in view of the shortcomings,analysis of the advantages of injection blowing integrated production model.Secondly,the composition structure and process flow of the Plastic injection machine are studied,and the main parameters of the molding process are designed.Finally,according to the system function requirements,the system structure scheme is designed in general.(2)According to the requirements of the parameters of the Plastic injection machine in the production process and the parameters of the manufactured products,combined with the problem of insufficient stability and precision of the barrel temperature control,the theoretical and algorithm research is carried out on the temperature control part of the barrel,and the simulation model and simulation experiment are established with MATLAB/Simulink.By studying the temperature control strategies of conventional PID control,fuzzy PID control and Smith's humanoid intelligent control algorithm,the accused object is modeled by Matlab/Simulink,and three different control methods are simulated.Comparing the curves obtained from the simulation of the three control methods on the basis of the simulation experiment,it is concluded that Smith's humanoid intelligent temperature control strategy responds faster,achieves a shorter steady state time,and has no overtones and oscillations.(3)After the overall scheme design and algorithm research are completed,the control system of the Plastic injection machine is designed.Focus on the completion of the upper machine system,lower computer system,data communication layer and barrel temperature control system design.First of all,the industrial control machine with configuration king software for the development of the upper computer system,the upper computer system is responsible for remote monitoring of the entire system and the control part of the lower computer,the next machine simulation can be collected in real-time monitoring of the information,while controlling the operation of the front-end equipment.Secondly,the data communication layer structure is designed,as the nervous center system of the whole system,is mainly responsible for connecting the upper computer with the lower computer.Then through the hardware construction and program design to complete the design of the next computer control system.Finally,according to the temperature control requirements of the drum,the design and program design of the temperature control system are carried out.Based on the above research work,the design of the Plastic injection machine control system is completed,and the on-site test and experimental analysis of the Plastic injection machine control system is carried out through the experimental platform,and the temperature control algorithm is applied to the control range and control accuracy experiment of the Plastic injection machine barrel temperature control system.Finally,through the actual blow bottle test to test the quality of finished products,reached the plastic products quality acceptance standards.
